Amazing
The amazing experience from arrival to departure was the entire. We were nervous about parking and location since we are not from Houston. The view was amazing, but the walk to the venue from our parking spot was a little long. They ensured I was in the right spot with signs and guards at every parking entrance. The area is called the Woodlands for a reason, with a lot of greenery and beautiful scenery. It was easy to get to the venue, even though it was raining lightly when we arrived. They asked us to check in our umbrella due to the point and safety hazard. Before the event, we received plenty of emails preparing us with the digital barcodes ready to be scanned. Plenty of people were available to help those who were not prepared too. There were plenty of concessions stands everywhere when walking in. The lines at the one merchandise booth were extremely long but totally worth it. Even though we had pit tickets, the seats upon arrival had a great view. The pit was not very big, but we didn't mind. The staff was great, always available if you had questions and joked around with us. For future events, we will definitely go back to this great venue.
